Maliki: Iraq seeks to develop friendly relations and cooperation with all countries in the world

Baghdad, Prime Minister Nouri Kamil al-Maliki, Iraq sought to develop good relations and solid with all countries in the world which share common interests.

According to a source in the Cabinet (News News Agency) on Friday: Al-Maliki said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal we seek friendship and cooperation with all countries in the world to be borderline in the interest of Iraq and its sovereignty.

Prime Minister: the era of force ended in one State or other can continue to use military force.

Maliki reiterated Iraq's position in support of the rights of peoples to change and reform away from foreign interventions and economic blockade, we are not against change but at the same time reject military intervention and the imposition of sanctions against any country in the world because that harm people more than regulations.

The Prime Minister confirmed the existence of armed groups wished to engage in the political process after the check withdrawal.

He said: that the pretext used by armed groups eliminated now, the Government stands by the carrying of arms whatever title or cover that.
