The MP said Hassoun Fatlawi told all of Iraq [where] said Tuesday that "the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq is a confirmation of the importance of independence and its future role in the region and the Islamic world."

He added that he "should resolve the conflicts and disputes between the political blocs that would cut the road in front of trying to derail the Iraqi experiment in democracy."

The country is going to withdraw all U.S. troops by the end of this year, according to the security agreement concluded by the government with the United States in 2008, which stipulates that the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the territory, airspace and waters of Iraq no later than [31] of December 2011.
