Iraq attends the meetings of the Organization of the United Nations development on energy
Beginning of the meetings of the International Conference on Energy and the possibility of economies of developing countries towards the use of energy for peaceful purposes and clean in Geneva today 29/11/2011 in the presence of specialists in the field of energy (oil, gas and electricity), and like Iraq at this meeting, Ambassador Permanent Representative Mohammed Ali Hakim and the official economic file in the Representation of the Republic of Iraq, was a group discussion of the main themes in clean energy from production to use, storage and export, and a large number of speakers, their visions for the use of energy increased in twenty years to come, The Nobel Laureate in Physics Dr. Carlo Rubia overview of the access developed and developing countries on clean energy and the need for developing countries to the increasing energy of all kinds, and spoke of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Development about the importance of saving energy in all its forms for the growth of the economies of developed and developing countries together, as the representative of the Atomic Energy Organization in Vienna, a comprehensive overview of the needs of countries, especially in the Middle East to the continuous and clean sources of energy.
This continues the work of meetings of the Conference for two days during which countries offer their experiences in obtaining new sources of sustainable energy and clean including the use of nuclear energy for development and energy.
